Im with you, this pedal is one of my favourites. Only other person I've ever seen use one (to glorious effect I might add) is the Miles Kane from The Rascals; sounds like liquid.

i once had a dano pepperoni phaser (got a dano trem second hand and the pepperoni came with it) but i never used it really, but this red witch moon phaser doesn't do just the boring average phaser sounds, i agree it sounds liquid, maybe swampy wasn't the right term to use 
and the trem like feature also sets it apart from most other phasers out there.
i've no need for it, but for psychedelic type stuff it's just perfect.
