He wrote a long time ago on Harmoneeyz Centralz "No Scrampz" forum, that he had some original design guitars with Dano style construction. But I guess he must have scrapped that idea.

I can't say I've paid much attention to semi hollows and such.
I always thought that the Sheraton was the Epi equivalent of a 355 with the Riviera being the 335's cheapo cousin?

Its a pity they only offer Strat and Tele bodies. With a bit of patience and knowledge you can pick up better deals on ebay than pay $80, for in some cases a full guitar, obviously due to how common they are.

Yeah, but WD promises "solid three-piece poplar", and there's intense likelihood that the $30 BIN strat on ebay is made out of chipboard, or ply... If that matters to someone.

BTW i emailed GFS and he confirmed that the dimensions of their tele body are exactly like a 62 tele. so thats another good reason.

wd's bodies are too expensive. for that price i could almost have warmoth make me a body, with custom features.

And You think that the quality is fine on their instruments ?
Cause I really like the looks..
And Im still hawt on hollowbodies..
Just I was scared of those Gretsch humbuckers..
These P90's look nicer, and they are cheaper..
And 300$ is money I could get..

i don't think anyone has had a bad experience with GFS. my one pickup i bought from them is great, and customer service is good too.

we've been watching this guy since he got started.

Word. Only thing I'll say is I can remember noho customers complaining about the gfs lipsticks not sounding good. My GFS experience is limited to the brooklyns in my Ovation and the Fatbody in the neck of a friend's tele.

mickie and i can confirm that the p-90's are not that... great sounding.
they are good, but the mighty mite p-90s rock so much harder and overal the sound(and price) is ALOT better than gfs
i thinki mo has lipsticks in his strat, not sure what they sound like tho.

The lipsticks are ok, not great, but not awful either. Not enough balls to them, but that might just be lipsticks in general.
