SUPERBUMP.

new demo in the style of some of the stuff in here. i should really learn to write lyrics and knock out an EP or something.

i got a sudden urge to get some fingerpickin going right in the middle of doing an assignment. i liked the thing i made up so much that i ended up turning it into a whole song.
mixed a bit too quiet.
writing the tuning here because i will forget it.
E-E-B-D#-B-D#

no idea how i stumbled upon that one.

better get back to work now.

that was excellent. I love that tuning. Mind if I use it?
you can have this two:
C#C#C#G#BE (good for raunchy drones and strange chords)
EG#BF#BbB (really pretty with harmonics)

I like the way you play good sir. Good on ya.

both of these are wonderful, particularly the last one. i've already made up a song in it.

i cannot write lyrics unfortunately.

it's not like i try and they're bad, i just can't string two words together in the context of a song. i've tried a number of times over the past few years and it just doesn't happen.

Yea that second one is really pretty. I came up with it by trying to make it into a strange chord that I liked. It's great with capo too. Capo on 4th and 6th particularly.

here's another: EADF#FD / DADF#FD (the F#'s are probably technically Gb's, but whatever)

Anyhow, yea I really like yr style. Reminds me a friend of mine who I used to play around with alot. We used to spend hours just mucking about with tunings.

i loev memory man. it's like drone heaven.

jaguar > smmwh > guitar rig.

guitar rig is just doing amp modelling and recording, all the effects and looping are the memory man.

the video is just a bunch of photos fading together because i didn't video the actual playing.

DIG, was cool to hear that with ze English vowel sounds, as odd a thing to say as that is.

Not familiar with that Low song, but I liked the cover lots.

Your voice is hella broken for a non-smoker though, I take it you can still talk ok?

love it. have been listening to it all morning singing along. might do baby kitty cover of it? lends it self to my high pitch harmony vocals very well. after i get the high parts figured out, i just sing them in like i was in the band cinderella and its baby kitty time
