still want a Mustang and have vowed to make one my next guitar purchase.
This photo is on the inside of Mudhoney's
Piece of Cake , and I spent countless hours as a young lad just staring at it. I don't think I knew what a Mustang was yet, but I knew I wanted one. I like Mark's guitar in this photo too, but at the time I thought it was a Strat and learned much later it was a Hagstrom III.
(Sorry -- I really couldn't find a better copy of this.)

Funny enough, I got into Mustangs because I saw the RI's in a Fender catalogue when I was getting into guitars. I just thought that they looked awesome! haha

As cliche as it may be, it was definitely the Kurdtz. I read that he liked them cause they were smaller and, since I've got tiny hands and all, that made me intrigued enough to try them out.
