Mine had no identification stamped on them. The ones in the photo look suspiciously similar -- you can almost see into the guts of the switch. Switchcraft switches are kind of more closed, and obviously they are stamped with the brand name on the side.

Whats your plans with the trem? Most people lock them off it seems but theres a dude over at JS that uses his for the Metalz and has no tuning problems at all.

Lovely guitar Rob - is one of the guitars I wish they made in left-handed.
Am not usually a fan of red guitars, but a red mustang seems to be the exception to the rule.
Mustang trem is also my favourite - am not a big trem user, but the subtle use you can get out of it without the trem bar is exactly what I love.

i thing for now i'm gonna leave it as it is. since i blocked the strats trem, i haven't got a guitar with one. it's so nice to use, the strat has been shown the tweed case of doom for now. i'm gonna try a heavier gauge of strings on it, as i think the tens are a little light. you know how heavy i like them, fran.

at doogfest, i remembered how good the trem was on nickd's red mustang/duo sonic. you can dive-bomb a full octave and have it come back in tune.

I only have to tune that thing about once every 6 months, I love it. It's a 72 Mustang btw.

my 72's the same, rock solid. the trem's perfect on it.
