Thanks guys... appreciate the comments. The coily cable is more hassle than it's worth really... it has mind of its own and it's heavy. I mainly bought it as I've had a few close calls with trippin' on the standard lead and almost knock the guitar over in my room. This one is more condensed. I removed the claws initially to eliminate the microphonic feedback, but yes that would certainly help the bulge. I could probably get away with putting them back on because of the new bucker & I also use a much lower gain pedal now. I do kinda like it without them on there, the gaps bother me more than anything.paul_ wrote:. BTW regarding the bulging: claws? Where are they?
