Almost done, finished the wiring tonight. Just needs strings and for me to order a green pearl guard.

Lol, upside down... but it's late and I don't feel like fixing it right now.

looks great, but i'm really disappointed in GFS. that chrome is fucking up the whole vibe. and the epiphone style tuners remind me of... well... my epiphone. i have some black ones if you might be interested? (i'm sure you're trying to maintain the flow, but...)

this looks like it may be what you're looking for:
gibson bridge - 90's

sorry if you've given up the search, but i haven't!

Actually, I'm liking the chrome thanks to the loud mouth pickups. I think it all flows nicely. Looks great in person. I do think I might put imperial style tuners on it though... for a little more "individualism".

Over all I'm very happy, green pearl will knock it out of the park. Bridge pup coil splits and neck pup phase reverses with push pulls. I didn't bother making the neck coil split since through experimentation I have generally been disappointed with the power output from a split neck pickup.

So this wouldn't work for your guitar?

http://store.guitarfetish.com/blsttawimost.html

I have only dealt with GFS for fender style bridges and there they have spacing for both USA and MIM/Asian screw holes. Have you contacted them and asked specific questions about your guitar? They have always got back to me with correct info in a short amount of time?

Good luck, and I think it looks fine with chrome. Just stay away from the gold.

That's exactly what I got from them. No go. too small. And yes, as usual there customer support was ACE. I talked to them about teh size difference and they are the ones that told me import mounting holes are sized smaller than American made. They took the stop tail back and sent out the proper tuner pieces very quickly. I love GFS.

Frankly I'm pretty keen on the chrome now that it's all done.

That's one sick fretboard, for sure.
If you think of god as a pair of pants, a spiritualist thinks he needs pants, in fact he wants pants but none of the conventional types of pants seem to fit just right, so he makes his own pants and is happy that his knees are no longer cold.-fibus
