That's called a Jaguar.
First LOL of the day.

Mine would be a white, ash-bodied thinline tele, with a '72 custom shaped black pickguard. Regular tele bridge with brass saddles, bridge must be string-thru and topload, Nocaster pickup, and a black dogear P90 at the neck. Maple neck, with the biggest profile I could persuade them to do. And I'd insist that it retailed at sub-£500.

I may have given this a fair bit of thought recently on a long bike ride...

good man, I would insist the same. What's the point of having a signature anything if 90% of people can't enjoy it as you do because of a fucking price tag?!

... would also mean that I could afford it. And no poxy sticker sets, either. And it would be strung with 11's.

The switch isn't useless, you are.

K? The strangle switch just isn't my cup of tea, as useless as it apparently now is. I do tend to flip it on with me sunface, it really makes the fuzz cut more in a complicated mix

I'd second on shipping mine with some not pussy heavier strings

I would have a jazzmaster body, blocked and bound neck with three electric xii pickups.
Finished in silver sparkles. White pearloid sp and white witch hat knobbies.

That would be bitchin

I'm just poking at you for describing it as useless, it's clearly not, and you've hit on it with Fuzz. Thomas from these parts says it sounds great with Neck or Both pickups going into the FuzzFace I bought him.

I also use it all the time for wiry lead sounds on the bridge, and more defined cutting sounds through dirt on the both and neck settings. I think it's great.

But with a TOM, no empty holes on the scratchplate, less ghetto pickup cover, available in black or white; comes complete with bad Paintshop Pro cropping job.

Forgive the terrible shopping

25.5" Mustang
Jazzy/Jag Tremolo

6 way rotary (but where the tone is instead)

BUT HOW DO YOU PLUG IT IN, MAN?!

A side jack like a Tele. There's a little love for all the classics, see.

I think I'm quite boring in that the CP Jaguar is pretty much perfect for me currently. Perhaps the only changes I would make would be:

Daphne Blue
Flat White Scratchplate
1 meg pots in the Rhythm Circuit so it's not darker than the Lead - mod done to mine
Switch direction flipped on all but strangle - mod done to mine
Maybe a slightly clubbier neck profile, like the Telecaster Deluxe neck I liked so much

that's pretty much it.

But with CHROME HARDWARE, no pickguard, and chrome knurled dome knobs.

i'd like a mustang body and neck, with a tele bridge and pickup assembly and neck pickup and the volume/tone and 3 way fitted to the metal control plate. maybe with a mint guard. the jack socket would be on the bottom edge. dakota red.

anyone fancy photoshopping one up for me? lol

Had that exact model a couple of years ago and sold to a friend of a friend and get this: A mate gave me the chrome cover Pups from a 3 grand custom gold top les paul, which i installed, and then I used a Jewellary cloth to remove all the gold finish from the other hardware leaving shiny chrome finish...looked the tits too. Maybe he will sell it! was set up like a dream and had nice aging on th binding too. I'd love it back!

What a massive prick I am.

It's not my fault you have appalling taste. Who in their right mind would give up the pretty chrome plates on a Jag?
