Get the mustang bass. It kicks so much ass. I'm never ever selling my 2009 RI. Love it to bits. Fun and easy to play and it growls.

You should buy that squier bass. It will make a super nice player for sure. Order a new pickguard, make a tracing and have it cut. That way, you can scour ebay for the original pickup. I had 2 of those basses, and like an idiot, I sold them. I've also owned a bunch of mustang basses too, and you can NEVER go worng with one of those!
