I wonder what happened to Decal Joe, obviously Fender got to him but I expected to have heard something about it, instead he just disappeared. I bought some excellent decals from him.

brauskoh@hotmail.com I use him for all my stuff, great guy, and his decals are on the CHEAP! And if you need one for a "restoration" project his are the most accurate, you tell him the year and he gets all the PAT. numbers and fonts just right

Guys I've been working on the decal for my Tele project and have hit a stumbling block (I'm not very savvy with computer graphic design). I've designed the headstock decal in Fireworks using a fenderish font, set it to the right size for the headstock but the print out is horribly pixely and not very strong black (full black cartridge). Can anyone advise what sort of process would I need to do to improve this using this program and a standard decent inkjet?
EDIT: Bit of investigation says to use a vector drawing program such as the free Inkscape. Trying this now...
