Had spotted these before - sadly, those great prices don't hold for this side of the pond, where dealers are doing their usual trick of scrubbing off the $ symbol and replacing it with a £.
ha. them were my bandana days yarr.
Yea I noticed that whole $ to GBP thing whilst browsing UK sites for gear. It's crazy what you cats pay for certain things.
Especially from my perspective, as 1 GBP is 1.75CAD.

I may be one of the only people that likes this style of guitar on the forum... but these are getting blown out on ebay and seem like a whole lot of guitar for the money.

Godin Detour w/gig bag, US made w/canadian wood. $160. Sort of a shredder style super strat. I love the silver, reminds me a bit of the page hamilton ESP sig.

See I typically hate that style guitar -- but something about Godin just breathes quality. My brother has a fretless bass from them which is amazing. Hmm.

I'm intrigued by the left thigh contour(?) on the back. Never seen that before.

Yeah, take weight off your wang... Godin even thinks of your junk. This is how nice these people are.

I fell in love with the looks of the one pickup model at guitar center, but after playing it I knew it wasn't for me. I didn't really like it at all.

neck was too thick/thin? what didn't you like nick?
i remember someone posting that single pickup model a while back. still want.
i'd kill for a semi-hollow flat black gibson es 333 with a p90 in the neck.

The only reason I didn't get the 1-PUP model months ago is because it didn't offer anything my U1 didn't already have.
This new one will be hard to resist.

if it were doublecut à là gretsch it would look cooler
godin i thought always made pretty unique designs, not my cup of tea, but always distinctive, this seems like just a copy but with godin on the headstock and i guess semi, sure it'll sell well though, it seems nice
&
etc...
