For some reason, I get better results with my TU-2 at the end of the chain... if I put it at the start, my dirt pedals sound rank
Also had a decent result in the middle, between the dirt and the modulation effects.. (no tuning a delayed note this way)

^thats how I run mine - after dirt, before modulation. Trying to tune a modulated, delayed and reverb'd note is wank.

I would guess most people just flip off their pedals to tune.

MBM Buffer would be class. Even small boards can benefit from a simple buffer. Especially those bullet cable honkeys (sorry isaac)

TU-2 was my first and most valuable pedal. I run several other Boss effects off of it. I run my TU-2 second in the change right behind my Boss PW-10 wah. I have to turn the drive completely off on the wah to keep the signal clean. I have been really lucky that my chain is very clean and the pedals seem to work together well. That may be because I only have 3 brands: Boss, Line 6 (DL4) and EHX.
