I was checking out those short scales on rondo music. They look kinda cool. If they are even half way sold it would be worth it. Even if I had to replace all the hardware and electronics. For a $100 you can't beat it. Anyone have any good or bad experiences with them?

We have had a couple of guys try them out. Search for rondo on the forum and it should help you find the other guys who had them.

I would go with short tele from Rondo. Mainly because I want to know how they play/sound.

Also, for a hundred dollars, how could you go wrong?

I have been looking at those SX's from rondo and reading some of the posts on them. I can't see how I could go wrong for the price. It would probobly be a project guitar replacing alot of the hardware and electronics, but it still sounds like a hell of a deal.

I think my problem is that I want to hit the back button when i am done. I think that is what is resubmitting it.

Really, Josh? Really?

Anyhoo... Dunno how quickly you're looking to move on a shortscale... but there's a really good deal active right now.

Right now MF has the Jaguar HH in either Scumburst or Teisco-riffic Redburst (this one is a bit cooler) for $599.99. If you call in and say coupon code: FENDER you can get 20% off of any fender guitar, even previously discounted ones.

Meaning you get a brand new Jaguar of a questionable color scheme mailed to you for the low low price of... $480. Seems like a deal to me. Don't know when the Fender call in thing ends though.
