check out the BBE am64. It's a distortion pedal, but I've been able to get a really solid clean boost out of it. It's incredibly transparent, and colours the sound of my guitar a lot less than any other pedal in that price range.

the seymour duncan pickup booster is thee shit. doesn't alter your tone one bit, just adds volume, and lots of it... if you're into that sorta thing.

I can heartily recommend the MXR Custom Audio Electronics Boost/Line Driver, tons of added volume plus adds no colour to your tone. I've been using one live for well over a year now and would never get rid of it.

I dont know if I ever posted about this but I went with the MXR micro amp, got a clone made of one. Its absolutely perfect.

At the moment my Harmonic perculator is my favourite booster. With the harmonics around 9 O'clock and the volume cranked.

It sounds pretty sweet.
