I got one of these beauties imported. It's a really nice player but I'm thinking about getting some GFS Retrotrons to get a bit more jangle. My only criticism is the inlays are a bit tacky. Also, the gold might not be to most people's taste but it really works with the cherry/wine red SG vibe. I'd seriously recommend it for $320.
Edit: It actually gets the most play day to day and has a decent nut width so it's not too cramp or too wide for smaller hands (like mine)

12 strings are the bomb.........have had two acoustics, an Aria and my Guild. I wish I had the Aria still, two piece quilted rosewood back...........to die for! I have always wanted an electric, and may finally commit some wood to that thought

Do you mind me asking what kind of Guild you have?
The guitar I was referring to at the start of the topic was a G212NT, just like this one:
.
I love it so far, but I've not turned it lefty yet. Once I do I'll get pics up.

Neck dive ain't shit if you have a suede strap and the posture of someone with self-esteem.

My first guitar was a Yamaha FG420-12, loved it heaps.
I'm pretty much on the 360-12 at every gig I play with The Breathing these days, and it's a been a blast.

Here's the Martin I mentioned. Figured I'd take a few pictures for anyone who cares.

I think my guild started life as a D50 12 string, as it is a dreadnought, but there are many weirdnesses about it (the reason I got it).Somewhere along the line it was retopped, with a curved, martin style pickguard added, and if that wasn't enough, the top of the peghead lopped off flat like a martin (the cat should have just bought a martin).I took it in trade for some mechanic work for a guy working as a roadie at the time and never had money. What's left of the serial # reads DD101, putting it in the 80's I'm told( I got in 1987) by the shop that replaced the nut and bridge saddle for me.It most likely has little value except to me, because one thing that spruce top did do was to make it loud as hell. Will upload some pics when can get my camera out of storage
Note:Just recently traded for a JB Player(korean I think) 12 string that is the spitting image of my guild and in almost new condition. It also is very loud. Guy may have been onto something............
