I used one of the behringer 300 wat bass heads for my open mic for 2 years and my bass player used it for our gigs for a year until he upgraded. Never had a problem. Same company. Their QC is not the greatest, but generally if you get one and it is working OK past the first week or two you are good. If it breaks down most times i have heard have been fairly soon and easy to remedy.
