I think it sounds great.

The voltage control looks just like their Germanium Overdrive that I used to own. Wasn't impressed with it. I hope they decide to do a regular big Muff with Germanium. I would rather have Mike's Green Muff with mods though.

yeah Mikes Green Muff is primo i still want one.

i think this has been said before but some ppl are confused as to why EHX hasn't just gone back & made great sounding Muff. i think this germanium Muff maybe an attempt in that direction but IDK. depends on how it sounds...

From that video I didn't think it sounded too great, and yh I'd probably choose a MBM or Fredic Effects green muff over it.

EHX has had awful demo guys ever since Peter Stroud split to run 65 Amps.

Now they have Larry "I-tune-by-ear" Demarco. Before that they had this tool:

Dan "O-Face" Miller. AKA "Tape Thumb."

And occasional guy Dave "I-don't-know-how-German-names-are-pronounced" Weiner. WEEEEYYNER:

Like him or not, you have to love Dan Miller's weird facial expressions while he plays. I always thought his demos were okay. DeMarco's demos do leave me wanting more for sure.

At least they don't demo distortion pedals into dirty amps like Stroud did :x

I personally rate Dan Miller, O Face or not.

I also rate Dan Miller. Peter Stroud just sounded sarcastic all the time...

I'm getting one. First pedal i will have bought in over a year. First one that I think I could make use of in my rig.

Sounds pretty awesome - a nice evolution of the DF-2 idea. Be interested in this, based on the price.
