Like a Line 6 Spider Valve? Well, no USB, but plenty of bells and whistles. If you need USB out you can just get a small 1/4" to USB interface, but if you were recording direct to computer you'd probably already have one.

Ugh I know Fender owns Jackson but why show Jackson guitars in their videos? The necks are soooooooo uncomfortable imo

I think it's a solid look product. Enough so that I'd want one. For nearly what I payed for my usb interface I could have had a amp and all the modeling software. Nice.
The marketing is abysmal.

'Cause Jackson metallers don't play Fender amps and Fender wants Jackson metallers to play Fender amps, I'd wager.
