Aha I want it really badly

Except I think the metal handle looks awful, but that wouldn't be too hard to change I guess.

I've got a Carlsbro 50 Top from 1969, it cost me £250 and it's the tits. 1 channel, treble, mid, bass and volume - all you need. Fucking loud, although I assume it would distort at louder volume but i've never taken it above 1/4 the volume and that's plenty loud enough.

Sennheiser e609 and Shure sm57 on bottom left Celestion, Audix i5 on bottom right Veteran 30. Two takes for each clip. All amp eq settings flat with output on '10'. Clean was volume on about 5, Dirt was volume all the way up, Distortion was full volume with distortion control maxed.

Just replaced all the electrolytic capacitors and fixed a few other minor problems. You may notice the distortion is horrible, this is they way it was designed. It's bad. This is a very bass heavy amp and my speakers had a hard time handling all the low end so when I turned up to dirty the clean channel, I had to cut the bass down to '2'. Some people have converted this into a bass head, which I think makes more sense than using this as a guitar amp. Sounds amazing with a bass.
