Yh I could have worded it better. Technically, yes. The mustang [and jm/jag bridge] can wiggle back in forth in the thimbles when the trem is in use. This is Leo's genious improvement on the stratocaster bridge because the saddles move in unison with the strings during vibrato use thus making for more accurate intonation while using the trem. Since most people tend to lock the trem or not use it anyways, the mustangjm bridge doesn't tend to move much under the tension of the strings while resting in the thimbles.mrperson wrote:Yh I could have worded it better.
