Yeah, but I was guessin' that Portugalwillie feels my pain... the pain in my neck that is the rest of life that gets in the way of finishing this thing! Or is it just me being crap?

Anyhow, Its approaching a whole year since I started this thing, and although I'm doing a Master now there will be a lull in course work during Feb so I'm going to push forward.

Part of my dithering is to do with the colour; I'm not sure about it. Its like you see so many cool colours everywhere! I wanted a lighter kind of surf green, but this is too light. then I think that it shouldn't matter, I should just fix it up so it plays and change the colour later.
This weekend I'll make a move one way or the other.

Isn't anyone else getting stuck in the middle of projects?

I feel your pain. My projects always come to a stop because I don't like spending money on projects that I know are going to sit forever . . .

anyways, I agree with the paint; it is too light. could be worse but still, if it were mine I would start over.

Any pics with the guitar neck in place but no pickguard? Looking at Squier Bronco basses the bass neck pocket is way too long for a guitar neck pocket, so did you just glue in a piece of wood to fill the gap, or are you just hiding the gap under the guard?
