Why is that a Melody Maker and not a Jr
It has the big headstock
It has 90s
I mean, I guess the pickguard is from a Melody Maker but is there something else I'm missing?

See now, at least Shakira has a little bit of artistic integrity and doesn't sport some bizarre abstinence buttfucking ring as an excuse to sell sex to little kids. She just sings songs about her small and humble non-mountainous breasts like a slutty popstar should do.

Underneath her clothes it's apparently a different story.

Juniors were traditionally one P90 dog ear pickup, LP Specials used two Soapbars. It looks like a Special, but im guessing it has the thinner MM body and the neck profile may be different.
Personally i dont know what to think anymore. I dont want to be a hater but i cant like it either.
I agree the Joan Jett model is way classier. Incidently Earth that posts here sometimes has just picked up a JJ MM

better if it was made by Epiphone for half the price. LOL at $700 being "entry-level."
I wonder if people complained this much when Gretsch introduced the Monkees sig model:

It's like déjà vu all over again.

Sure did and its one sick guitar. No fuck around two pickup nonsense for me. I like it that much I'm getting another one.
I don't even like joan jett, cant stand her music much really.
I like the student guitars of Gibson which is no surprise as I like the student guitars by Fender too. They can keep their 5grand LP custom shop madness!

Ditch the oh-so-Gaultier sailor-tatt nonsense and I'd play that to death. Disappointingly, I thought at first that the signatures on the scratchplate was a floral pattern, that made me love it all the more. Scarily close to what my Gordon SMith will be like.

She's also made several truly wonderful recordings of traditional Columbian songs and has a charity that works to help poor South American children attend school.

I just noticed that the Jonas Brothers guitar is only signed by two of them.
FFS, Gibson. At least do that right.

I really like Gibson and their guitars from the glorious past, but after
the Firebird X and the Nickelback Sig I thought it couldn't be worse....
BUT NOW THEY TOPPED EVERYTHING!!
The only positive part on this one is, that its limited on 300 pieces - but 300 pieces of this crap is 300 too much...

What is this one?

ANyways, as far as sig model, it does not surprise me. At least these guys have been playing Gibsons for awhile....Unlike Nickelback, who basicly, along with Creed, cemented the PRS into MESA sucks rule of physics.....
Possibly, but i still love older incubus. Plus both of those brands on their own are quite awesome, especially Mesa boogie.
