My current #1/Most used is my Strat that I recently picked up, only because It's my only fully working single coil right now, and I'm too lazy to haul out the supersonic from the depths of my room.

used my beat-to-fuck '65 sg special for all shows and practices... until now. i've fallen in love with my cv duo sonic and plan to buy a nicer vintage short scale when i find the right one at the right price.

I've got one: Peavey T-30. I think it's like 23.5 or something.

All my other guits are full scale for my EXTRA HUGE SIZE

I play bass in my band so I wouldn't say I have a main guitar. But I do have two short scales in my collection.

in order of what gets played most:

1. 69RI Mustang
2. CV Tele/Fender Acoustic
3. CP Jag

I rarely play the Jag since I got the Mustang but that might be because its new to me. I love the neck on the mustang though, its like a cross between the tele and jag with the best bits of both. The acoustic is an old Gemini II that I have had since about 92.

My Supersonic is my main, Jag is my backup. I've been playing on a 24.75" Ibanez Gio lately for something different, and my acoustic which is 25.5". I almost never play my 25.5" Hagstrom anymore.

1 - vista jagmaster
2 - epiphone dot
3 - CIJ jaguar

those are really the only ones i play nowadays... and the jaguar doesn't get picked up much.

you like that? there's one at the guitar center here for around $250. i've always dug the look and sound of the t60, but i don't know much about the t30. it was too high up on the wall for me to try and i didn't actually want to talk to an employee of that wretched place.

Richard wrote:My main guitar is my 69 Maverick. I don't own a shortscale right now but I've had a bunch of Mustangs, two Jaguars, two Jag-Stangs, a Bronco and a Music Master II. I will definitely own more of them in the future. I love shortscales but I'm more comfortable on the 25.5".

My only bass is a shortscale. It's the Epiphone Allen Woody sig.
The Maverick is my favorite guitar on the the board, i'd say.

No shortscale currently

Gibson Sonex Custom, Yamaha SG2000, Yamaha SA30 : 24 3/4

I have short stubby fingers, My ideal neck would be quite short and hella wide, aha.

Edit: the SA is gibson scale too. My measurements are terrible.

I only have two guitars and one is a CV Duo-Sonic, which I play about half the time.

needs another option, somehow.

i uses the jag and jazzmasters about the same, 50%. but definitely one of my main guitars.
still, i'd say:

1) jazzmasters
2) jag
3) bronco
4) tele thinline
.
.
.
so i guess it'll be option 2 for me.

Pat.
