My Kittycaster is pretty far from stock. Right now it has a Seymour Duncan TB5 with the coils wired in parallel, connected straight to the output jack. I could do a demo in this configuration but it would in no way reflect on what it actually sounds like. But you wouldn't believe how much treble that thing gets like that.
Given that my Mustang and Jag both are pretty mellow sounding, I wanted the most treble I could possibly get.

Oh yeah, it's 25.5" and like all good things, discontinued. The matching Badtz Maru Bronco Bass is a glorious short scale, though.
Anyway, I just did a short video.

The original question didn't specify a Hello Kitty guitar. So, my reply didn't take this into account.
You are right. The GFS bridge is top mount and would not work for a string-thru.
And the Hello Kitty bridge does look larger than a standard strat bridge. So, the 6-11/16" measurement would not apply.
If the intonation is good on it as it appears in the picture, you still have some room left on the bridge. And so the CV Duo Sonic "conversion neck" might work for you. Longer screws might be needed though.

That's a Seymour Duncan TB-5. I really like that pickup. I'm one of those people who vastly prefer single coils for distortion, but I love the sound of a bridge humbucker for cleans.

Honey where are you located? I have my old SX conversion neck that you could try out on your guitar to see if it would work. It is the same size as the CV duo neck. It has a bit of a twist to it but you could test it out and see if it will intonate. Want it back but you could do the test with it and ship it back to me.
If you are in the US it's not going to be a problem.
