you have to be careful with that. I don't know about the Agile's but the SX's neck pocket are a little bigger in every direction. You can use a normal Fender neck but it won't fit snug and you'll have to shim it.
that is why I would do with the GFS guitars if you're planning major mods like a neck swap.
