I just sent an outline of my Swinger to Cooterfinger. He may be able to pass it on.
I've done it before where I used 4 sheets of paper that would have to be lined up to make a template.taylornutt wrote:How do you convert the physical tracing to a PDF that prints to the correct scale?
Cooterfinger said he would send me a trace once he makes a template and I can get it on the template thread since I kinda manage the thread. I am going to post a Jag-stang outline tonight I just got.rodvonbon wrote:I've done it before where I used 4 sheets of paper that would have to be lined up to make a template.taylornutt wrote:How do you convert the physical tracing to a PDF that prints to the correct scale?
If NickS has already done it though, it should be included in the template thread in the projects forum.
I think they made them in 1969. I don't know if they made them in any other year.Doug wrote:What years were these made?
Absolutely. As soon as the outline tracing arrives (thank you NickS) I'll start working on a body template and placement of the routes. Once it's sorted I'll trace everything off, make a pdf and send it to taylornutt to put in the template section.rodvonbon wrote:I've done it before where I used 4 sheets of paper that would have to be lined up to make a template.taylornutt wrote:How do you convert the physical tracing to a PDF that prints to the correct scale?

Indeed. They used spare bits, though, so IIRC my neck is stamped 1966 and the neckplate numbers are pretty random.westtexasred wrote:I think they made them in 1969. I don't know if they made them in any other year.Doug wrote:What years were these made?
