Actually the Bugera 333XL has good cleans, I never use the clean channel though, i just use it as a one channel amp on the overdrive channel.
rhythm guitars here are definitely 333xl, i'm not sure if the lead stuff is the b52 or not. the bugera is based off the peavy jsx, which is based off the triple xxx. the mid voicing is very agressive, somewhat like a 5150/6505 etc. i'm usin el34's and would imagine it would sound even more 'full' with 6l6's.
bugera 333xl/peavey jsx have a mid voicing that can sound like there's a wah engaged, sounds great live but can be kind of strange recording. some say they can tame this with different tubes, i haven't been able to try that yet.
