Oh yeah, I forgot about that actually. Are they available as a spare part from Fender?

i would assume, but i haven't looked.
i bought one from theshadowofseattle but i think it's gone the way of my white coily cable that i bought from theisaaceaton.

I like that bridge. Haven't seen these before, those are the same kind of saddles as on the Musicmaster RI.

noooo. No it wouldn't. That would stop the Jazz/Jag trem, beloved for the way it feels and sounds, feeling and sounding the way it does.

doesn't the mastery have thicker leg posts to stop the bridge wobbling? that's why you can't have a mate on a jag with them, unless you drill the holes in the mute plate bigger...
i dunno, i don't have any prejudice against masteries like a lot of people seem to have, i just wouldn't pay the necessary price to try one. enough people have double rainbowed about them that it can't all be bullshit.
