the idiots that say behringer pedals break because they're plastic are just parroting some crock of shit hearsay. I have never read one account of someone actually breaking one.

yeah, I was thinking of the more common boss format pedals. I'm not really familiar with their other various designs.

i've got a blues driver copy on my board that i got from hurb after he did that video and got free shitzzz and it's totally fine.

There is only one shop in Bristol that deals in behringer and they say that 2 pedals have a constant waiting list, the super fuzz & reverb machine and they never stay in the shop for long. I only had issues with one pedal but I got it replaced and didn't have an issue with the replacement. As already said brilliant pedals

Gonna get my first behringer pedal after Christmas, a FL600 "Flanger Machine" I think its a clone of a Line6 pedal but for £35 you can't go wrong with all that madness in one little box.

I have a DD400 Digital Delay, VD1 Vintage Distortion and Vintage Time Machine.

DD400 I spilled coffee all over, and all that happened is now one of the knobs makes a noise when you turn it if the effect is engaged (though doing this also causes this whole self-oscillating cacophony, so hardly a problem).

The VD1 actually is good, but the bypass is shit and obliterates yer trebz.

But NOT the one on the Vintage Time Machine DMM-ish copy, which is an awesome, awesome sexy pedal I've had zero issues with. Runs on 9V!

Although I also own an Akai Headrush which has really swanky digidelay AND analogue echo emulation, I have never felt like getting rid of either the DD400 or VTM... the fact that both combined came in under $100 is so funny it's almost full circle back to depressing. And I do record with Mufftonez using the VD1 sometimes. I'd like to try more Behringer pedals, with the pitch shifter next up.

I just got the VD400 analogue delay and it's really great, it sounds so close to the DM-3. Awesome pedal!!

Oh ok, not too worried as I only wanted it to ahve a play with the "triggered flange" settings. Does the copy of the Boss BF-3 Flanger do "triggered" type flanging?
I already have an ancient Boss BF-2 so don't really need a run of the mill flanger.

I've got the Echo Machine and it's generally OK, but has a tendency to continue to self oscillate, even after you've stomped it off - only way to stop it quickly is to change the mode it's in, far as I can tell. Which is far from practical on stage.

That said, it's cheap as dirt, does a lot and is surprisingly sturdy for a bit of plastic.
