Looking nice and tasty at a price like that.
Also...Upon close inspection it has less e-vile matte going on than the fullshot seemed to show.
That's at least -2 Slone points to be sure, but it's by no means a deal-breaker at $130.

ha, ultra. i was just going to post that same pic at the top. it looks great with the d'addario ends poking out there!
i wish they were matte, but some fine sandpaper could change that in a heartbeat.

I used up all my built up time off for NAMM, but I'd be totally in. No worries on lack of funds, whenever you're ready let me know and it's yours.
I'll use delivering the guitar as an excuse to get me and nicole up there again sometime this year.

Just got this in the mail. The neck it actually pretty nice. Thinner than a normal tele neck, very playable.
Pickups were pretty lack luster. Frets will make your fingers bleed and at first the finish on the back of the neck felt like bare wood, but after a little fine grit sanding it's smooth and slick. Otherwise the finish is very nice. Tuners are total shit.
But I really do like the neck a lot and it's super light, and super cheap. Will be a great mod platform and I feel pretty good about the price I payed for it.

yeah a file or just some 100 grit sandpaper run down the edge of the fretboard a few times should get rid of the sharp fret ends.
