If the duty payable is under a certain amount (I think £9) then it is waived and you don't pay anything at all. You can find the threshold for the waiver on he HMRC site though finding out exactly what you would pay for duty isn't as easy. I imagine it would just be 20% on top of the price (including shipping) which would make it £3.40 and the fee would be waived.

Entwistle got back to my email really quickly and I have ordered a Nemesis bridge pup - £17.99 + £3 shipping. Impressed that they were responding to emails on new year's eve and sending out PayPal invoices on the 2nd Jan.

Great service. Very interested to get your opinion on this pup.

Don't do rewinds, do have some pre-production minibuckers for cheapies that I'm taking, 3 pickups for £44 inc postage, gotta give them a little review or some comments also.

Sounds interesting, cool that they are selling pre-production stuff.
Mine was shipped today so hopefully will be able to put it in a guitar at the weekend.

A bit of black paint would probably sort it easy enough.

I got the pickups installed, had a couple of problems as the Schecter Duncan Designed pickups weren't the same size as the Entwistle Mini Humbuckers but managed to make them fit with a bit of work.
All I can say is that they're fantastic, a huge improvement all over, great pickups and great prices.
The Schecter Hellcat vI now sounds even bigger and meatier and ow I've got my Smallsound/Bigsound Year 4545 as well my rig is complete.

Sounds really good! Unfortunately have been so busy this weekend that failed to get mine installed, so will have to be a job for this week given that my soldering stuff is under the little one's bed (fear of waking said daughter wins over urge to try out new pickup).

Finally found the time to stick the pickup in and I think it sounds pretty great. I put it in my LP that had a
Bareknuckle Rebel Yell set in it.

The Nemesis is pretty much identical in terms of output, so it balanced well with the neck pup.
Can't really fault it, especially for the price. It's not as warm as the Rebel Yell, probably down to the blade coil.
Sounds great distorted too. I wouldn't hesitate to get another of their pickups - really impressed.

i got one to, they forgot to send me the screws. But they sent them the day after i told them, and give me a discount on my next purchase, so no problem!
I haven't install it, i need to cut the singlecoil pickguard hole bigger first...

Nice! Interested to hear what you think of it when you get it installed. What guitar are you putting it in?

on my mustang with jag trem, in the bridge. I have a strat pickup there, it seams to lack a bit of bass, and if i turn the bass up on my musket fuzz it doesn't sound that good, maybe a humbucker will help.
