I'm kinda lovin that bass. It's almost like a Supersonic bass.

There's a truss Rod hole on the headstock, which leads me to believe these wont be Japanese, like the first Pawn Shop series.

The Pawn Shop Mustang has disappeared from the Fender website. Looks like they are replacing it with this "new" model.
>£600 is a lot to pay for a Chinese Fender though. The Modern Player range are more like £350.

I'm not sure.... I agree though !! Maybe Mexico is more likely.... like the Classic Player stuff.
Or perhaps that's full RRP, but then again it's up for pre order at that price. Hmmm.

I could warm to that Mustang. The Jaguarillo and the Offset Special are just... odd. Offset Special is a little more palatable in black. Anybody know the scale length on the bass? I've been GASing for a modded Bronco bass, but it might give me pause.

That's what I was thinking. othomas2 noticed the truss rod hole has moved to the headstock on the 2.0 version and rps-10 thinks the bridge is different. Guess we'll have to wait for the specs before we can see what else has changed.

the headstock decals looks like those of the new Made in China Fenders. And if that's that case, these would be $400 and not $700.
Does anyone know the country of manufacture? or selling price? that pink thing is cool.

UK pre-order prices seem to be £611. I've only found one shop advertising them as yet so that might not be set in stone...
