Can't believe this has turned into a philosophical debate about an imaginary fine that may or not may not happen but mkt3000 is definitely and personally levying. If I was put out 310km worth of fuel and $50 of tolls (delicious breakfast notwithstanding) I would be pissed the fuck off and report the guy too. It's things like this going unreported that leads to a shitty economy of trading. Honour among thieves or grow some balls? Toughie.
