One of my favorite features about shortscale fenders is the finger-pokeless Klusons. That will have to be added to my new genuine fake shortscale tele.

I'm not sure that would work since the neck/neck pocket on the tele is straight at the heel - not curved like Strat, Jag, etc. necks. Are the squier duo necks straight at the heel?

Use to be this was true, but I do not know anymore. The look like a flat heel. You could ask rondo if these necks are the same as their old 3/4 necks with the fender like headstock.
