Went to work taking the pickguard off and removing the electronics. I also took the neck off to clean since the body will need a little routing for the WRHB to fit.

I picked up a new neck from another Jagmaster. It had a Jazzmaster decal that had been applied. I figure I could put a custom decal on. If I want it to go back to stock, I can put the first neck back on.

Needed to add some clear coat before I get to adding a decal.

Custom pickguard is on its way tomorrow. I got the email from Tony at Pickguardian today.

Tomorrow I am going to print out my decal to apply on the headstock. Should be really cool! I am excited to see how that turns out. Pics will surely follow.

No, I went with black. I don't really have a black guard and I think it will be cool with the chrome WRHBs in it. I have tort coming for my walnut Jag-Stang though.

Decal went on GREAT. I even dotted the eyes with silver. Very pleased with how it looks.

Pickguard came! Worked great. I had to do some minor routing to allow the larger WRHB's to fit.

I wetsanded the headstock. I didn't polish it because the stock neck is satin.
