They want WAAAAAAY too much money for those . They'e good guitars and all but not $700 good .

Agreed, but considering that the Fender Bronco guitar was a student model and now commands $700.00-1200.00 it seems in line given it's rarity. I have no idea what the production numbers are on the Super-sonic, but I am guessing that there are far fewer of them than Broncos in circulation. How long were they produced? Two years?

1996 - 98. I think that they are all stamped 1996 or 1997. My five are, at least.
They made a lot. Every store seemed to have them back then. They couldn't get rid of them. I bought my first one, a blue one, at a Boxing Day sale for $299. Nobody wanted them. They were actually $100 more for sparkle ones back then. Discontinued, and then blown out.

I sold mine recently for $550 in about 45 minutes on Ebay. I liked the guitar but I never played it. I think it was more the thrill of the hunt. They do have great necks though.
