I agree. This is to drum up interest and sales. Putting your stuff out set up like crap is not putting your best foot forward as a company. Bizarre.cur wrote:massive bonar for orange sparkle, like baseball neck.
why the fuck would they not have properly set up guitars at NAMM? really, the demo stuff there should be as good as it gets for stock.

To address the big issues.
1. I used to play Les Pauls before I found my Musicmaster. I'm not going off any official numbers, It felt very VERY chunky. Yes it's a personal preference, but it's just information, yes?
2. Fender had a little booth with some amps to test out the guitars. Each of the amps had a set headphones. I could hear it just fine.
3. This is the motherfucking NAMM show! Fender should know to set up their guitars to be at least playable! If it's not set up properly how does that reflect upon them as a company?
4. I went back and I tried a different model that actually was playable. I gotta retract my statement. Motherfucker played beautifully.
