They never sent it to me, I had to call to get it.
I understand, but if they sold it to someone else why would they give you a tracking number? Why is there a tracking number attached to your order? That information shouldn't be available to you if they sold the guitar to somebody else, right? Is it possible they sold you the guitar and just shipped it to the wrong address?
The call went this way...
Me: "Hi, I'm calling to get the tracking number for a guitar I ordered"
GC: "Ok, give me just a minute"
Me: "I can give you the item number"
GC: "Go ahead"
Me: "XXXXXXXX_U"
GC: "Ok, the tracking number is... XXXXXXXXXX

Yep. Toll free number said that the order was incorrectly processed as coming out of the warehouse, when it needed to come out of the store inventory. In that time, since they hadn't yet pulled the guitar from inventory online, someone else bought it.
Sounds like incompetence on their part.

Sorry to hear that. Happened to me once with a used acoustic through GC. Also taught me to be extremely cautious when buying used, from GC, over the weekend as there is a lag time regarding what you can view and what is actually available.
Pretty certain that is a refin and not worth paying a mint for anyway.
Regards,
