Considering it's a non-USA Fender I'd be very surprised if it did, they don't seem to like including them with many guitars.

Pics of a couple of similar colours -

When I got Teh Kurdtz, I took a G&G Fender Strat case, and had to adjust the amount of padding to make the butt-end less padded and the sides more padded.
Quite curious if the Supersonic would fit in a strat case, a mustang case, or a jag case.
WEEE SHALLL SEEEEEEEEEE

StreetSounds has them listed with a hard case. If they do, I have five older SSs that could use a proper fitted case.

No it did not come in a hard case. It came with a deluxe gig bag. I dont think these comes with a hard case because fender would say so on their website.

Oops sorry should have clarified, I have the KC mustang, and the Jag HH special. The Jag case is longer and deeper than the strat case that my mustang is in. So I had to alter the padding in the strat case to make it fit the mustang. But thats a better choice than buying a boring black case for the KC mustang.

^ god though that cosmic-black sparkle Supersonic is amazing. But the orange one would be choice #1.

Indeed. 1997 MIJ John Jorgenson signature Hellecaster. I'm fairly sure only about 500 were made but I might be thinking of a different signature model from around that time. It's definitely quite rare and definitely awesome. Image searches for 'John Jorgenson Stratocaster' or 'John Jorgenson Hellecaster' both bring up a fair few results.

All 3 of the Helecaster guitars were awesome. One of them was a Fender G&L copy, lol.

Weeping_Moon, now that you've been Feelin' Supersonic for a week or two, does she have "neck-dive"? Someone reviewed on MF and said the guitar wants to neck dive a bit.
Other impressions sinking in?

Mine arrived today and it does not "neck dive" even with the slick backed Jodi Head sling that I am using. However, with the strap button being located behind the neck on the back of the body instead of being situated on an upper horn causes the guitar to sit/ride higher on me and I will need a longer sling to get it positioned comfortably. My sling is 53" and I am 6' in height, so I ordered an extra long tongue from "House of Straps" so I can get the additional 4-8" (guestimating) that I need. Easy fix.

No. No neck dive at all. Really easy to play and all. The only thing i noticed when having e to drop d tuning and play really hard the string jumps of.
Dont know if this a usual problem with super-sonics? I guess this is a common problem with a reversed headstock.

Sounds good. Will you guys go write beaming positive reviews of the supersonic on MF please :D
http://www.musiciansfriend.com/guitars/ ... ric-guitar

The other thing I'm really hoping is that it blows the mustang away in tuning stability. TRUE????

Next question - has anybody with an official hardshell G&G Strat, Mustang, or Jaguar case determined which fender case this guitar fits in?

Dont know about a review on MF because i didnt bought my guitar from there.
My reviews are all right here on shortscale. So ask anything you wanna know.

Mustangs stays in tune really well if theyre setup correct. So no i wouldnt say so because i dont have a tuning problem with a mustang or a super-sonic.

I can see if its fit my jag-jazz-mustang case. Otherwise its easy to make it fit.
