Excellent find. The necks on these are probably the best thing in the world. What month is on the neck stamp?

Haven't popped the neck off, and don't think I will for a while. Neck pocket looks loose enough that the neck could shift (it cant now, I've pushed both ways on it), and I don't want to loosen it up at all. Most of the parts date to 67-68 and the neck is 66 apparently. Sold to original owner in 69 and bought from them buy some eBay dude in Massachusetts. Now owned by me.

i can wedge a .73 pick in the bass side gap on mine, obviously they were using a slightly wonky pattern at that point.

my buddys 73 tele delux has a disgusting bad neck pocket, it hangs out the side and there is TONS of random space, a fellow around town has a 79 annivarsery strat with a square neck pocket(keep in mind, its a strat so the heel is rounded)
im pretty sure that no part of the body neck pocket area actually made contact with the neck except the bottom where it was bolted on.

Damn that's a cool collection.
Do you wish you had a tremolo Coronado or are you happy with the fixed tailpiece?

I like the aesthetic of the stop tailpiece more. I'm not sure I guess. How is the trem on yours? Mustang - like?

i rather like the coro trem, its mustang ish, but a bit smoother feeling to me, its not spring based, its a bent peice of metal instead. i really liked the one that aen had, he didn't really give it a chance before he scrapped it and put a trapeze peice on it.

sounds awesome. what is your setup here?

I have the same tailpiece as you. I'm not sure how much I'd like having a trem on there, I don't miss having one anyway. I was wondering if you missed it on yours because your other two electrics have them.

Beautiful guitar and great playing. I like the way you used the echo. I just got a Catalinbread Echorec and I'm still figuring it out.
You have nice taste in Guitars.
I have 3 Coronados.
