Duo sonic and duo sonic 2 were different remember. Diff guard, bridge diff switchibg

His is the old style. I'd have to see the pictures again, but I swore it was 63 on the neck heel.

i know, i've got one of each type.

what i'm saying is i'd be very surprised if he had a duo II from '63, as they were still making the first type into 1964...

The Music Master looks like a nice guitar. What scale, short 24 or 25.5 There are so many cool guitars made by Fender that had short sails life span. Now people are find some of them and them bringing them back to life.
