what i'm saying is i'd be very surprised if he had a duo II from '63, as they were still making the first type into 1964...

The Music Master looks like a nice guitar. What scale, short 24 or 25.5 There are so many cool guitars made by Fender that had short sails life span. Now people are find some of them and them bringing them back to life.
If life gives you lemons, put them down your garbage disposal and make your sink smell better
