I find this current "phase" of fender promo really disconcerting. So uncomfortable to watch. I assume they genuinely think it's funny? Unless I've missed the point? It's a shame coz I kinda like the products in a weird way and if I could change ALL the stylists but the sounds are solid if you like that thing.

But whoever is in charge of marketing really needs shooting. It's like those shite adverts they turn out in week 7 of the apprentice. Just awful.

I like that they're so cringeingly shite. That makes them funny but not in the way they intended. Like Guy Ritchie films. Enjoyable, but not in the least the way he probably intended.

For me, they don't get past the cringeingly shite part and into the funny because they're shite territory. I'm genuinely curious about the products, and I want to hear what they sound like, so I trudge through the marketing to get the sound clips... but, man, it's a hard slog. They're simply groan-worthy, and not point and laugh at the groan-worthiness.

This amp, I have kinda mixed feelings about... the feature set is kinda interesting, but I'm not entirely digging the "Vaporizer" circuit drive. It's maybe a little to fizzy.
