I've got a Cold Sweat in my Les Paul and a Nailbomb in my SG and both sound bloody excellent. In my opinion Bareknuckles are worth every penny.

Bare Knuckle makes great pickups . So does Mojo. They're both is the same price range as any other boutique pickup .. I think they're worth the craftsmanship but it's more about the " flossing and tossing" when it comes to dishing that kind of money IMO . In a lot of cases the biggest difference in a $60 pickup and a $260 pickup can be $200 . It all comes down to the sound you want and how much you want to pay .

I say it's worth spending more on pickups because they're such an important part of the guitar's tone. I bought my Mondays secondhand for £120 to stick in my Dot and nothing has come close to touching them. Hearing them in my Dot compared to the Gibson CLassic 57's in my ES-333 was a real night and day difference.

You could get a set of Dragonfire Screamers for like $30 total (for both pickups) and easily get an excellent distorted and thick tone in a well-made Artec (same manufacturer as GFS, etc.) manufactured pickup.

They are very pricey but sound awesome
