Oh cool, I love the Dolores area. I live in the Sunset.

Agreed that SF is outrageously expensive. I'm sure Taipei is more reasonable, but I also expect to make less.

I love MIJ gear and was hoping to find some in Taipei. If not, maybe a quick trip to Japan is in order. I guess I could ship from Japan to Taiwan, but not sure about import taxes :P

Ladies in the Hondae scene over here tend to play offsets in general. The most visible examples...


Vidulgi OoyoO (a weird spelling for "pidgeon milk" in Korean) are a pretty cool bunch. They're also Korea's representative drone/shoegazer troupe and guitarist Jihye plays Jags.

I can't stand 3rd Line Butterfly (3호선 버터플라이) and their long-running popularity is a mystery to me, but I love their Jazzmasters, namely lead singer Sanga's vintage Daphne Blue Jazzo with blocks and binding.
