-The objectification of women
-The implication Jags/Stangs need auxiliary sex appeal
-Psychologically-muddled wank sessions

This thread is an *amber* away from being as classy as the chaps over at MLP with their 'cali-girl' cases.

Ok guys, I didn't want to be "misogynist" or "racist" or other stupid things, just joke so I'm very sorry if I hurted the sensibility of someone.
Ignore the faggots who don't like women or appreciate female guitar players.
They are suffering from PC assclownitis.

Fact is there is nothing finer than a lady who can play and likes short scale geetars.

Bastards!
Keep posting good pics.

We can definitely do without the gay slurs (seriously, knock that shit off), but I'm not at all in agreement with the idea that saying someone is "hot" or liking the female form playing a guitar is in some way perverted or out of bounds. This is a guitar forum. Girls play guitars. Boys like girls. Nobody here has ever heard a woman say she likes musicians? Or a man in uniform? My girlfriend has said several times she thinks it's sexy that I play guitar. I take it as a compliment and don't feel any more objectified by that than I feel it is objectifying her for being turned on when she dances (she's an instructor and competition dancer).

This is just weird. The original post doesn't consist of pinup models or gratuitous, nsfw bullshit. It's a collection of musicians playing music, and someone finds that attractive.

Indeed. Thanks dots. Anyway, I'm thinking of deleting this post and open another one with a more appropriate title that cannot annoy anybody.

you can change the thread title by editing the first post

while not for me i appreciates man's carnal desires to oggle at attractive women playing guitars they like, but i suppose there are limits to taste in how people post around the subject (i.e. lizardking, who posts that way anyway)

Don't forget there may be women who like to ogle women playing guitars, too!*

*I'd like to meet Kate Ebneter with a few days to try out her legendary collection of >600 effects pedals.

When did people who play rock and roll stop wanting to be identified as sexy?

yes, it is a question of taste, and this would not be the type of thread i'd make. i'm too old for that. i might nod in agreement with someone's hotness, though. =P

I think there is a big difference between saying, "I think these females are hot" and "damn, I really want to fuck these girls so bad if id see them I dont know what id do"
