Get a Cobainstang dude. The TOM could be more complimentary to your playing style since the strings are spaced wider, if not you can convert it for a standard mustang bridge very easily. I've never had tuning issues with mine, but I don't use the vibrato.

Are the necks on each of those guitars similar? I would like a modern short scale and I'm inclined to go for the Fender Super Sonic but I'd consider the various Mustangs that are currently available too.
I just got the MIJ Jag HH and I really love it. I don't have small hands, but the neck is much more easy to manage for me than the Telecaster I've got. I haven't noticed a massive difference due to the smaller radius and frets either, it just feels really smooth to me. I picked up the one I've got on Craigslist for $300, partially because it's been modded for P-90s and is also a little beat up, but it's a fantastic instrument that checks a lot of your boxes and goes for around $500 usually. The trouble is finding one since they're discontinued, but if you can I'd give it a shot.
Me personally, if you don't think you would use a vibrato arm much I'd say a good starting point would be the blacktop jag. Yeah it's MIM, but dew it bro.
