I had a GFS tort, looked great From 5 feet away and in photographs but in real life looked like crap

Anodized is great.
but im the kind of guy who wants all his guitars to be sparkle finished with anodized guards.

Bought and fitted two new trem claw screws as the ones that were in it were bent no idea how the previous owner managed that. Ditched the 9s that were on it strung it with the customary 10s tweaked the trem to float. All works rather nicely... Only thing I don't like is: The edges of the fret board my Tele has a nicely rolled fret board this does not, had a look on youtube on how to roll it the easiest looking method is to rub the shaft of a screwdriver between each fret to soften the edge... Anyone tried this, and did it work?
