Yes it was great. It is i pars testament to how good the Squier JM is if you take the time to set it up. The guy loved it. He'd had the SG up for sale for a bit but because it had been up for sale on Thomann for stupid low money at one point and people can be snooty about "budget" guitars no-one was interested.dezb1 wrote:After learning at and reading your review of the 3 rather nice SG's, I just realised you go the tribute in trade for a Squier jag that must be the trade of the year...
That's one of the main reasons I posted my views of it on here. It's so much guitar for the money I think people should give them a try. I think they'll be shocked. I was actually interested in this on the strength of your opinions. You were right on the money. So much so I'm considering a 50s tribute SG or LP while they're flying about for such great prices.
As for the dude I traded with, he was selling to buy an offset so he was chuffed with the JM.
