Packaging is undamaged, looks like it was packed like that at the factory. Aye from Thomann so it should go back easy enough was the last one they had so no replacement....

Bummer. It could happen during the shipping. If someone stored the box vertically and then it rapidly fell flat on the floor. No damage on the package and a torn off neck. Still very upsetting

How gooched is it? Can it be repaired without spending too much?
That guitar looks worth it, if the damage wasn't too catastrophic.

It should have been a thing of beauty, but it's mangled they'd have to pretty much give me the guitar in order for me to take the risk of a fix.

Anyone here had dealings sending a damaged guitar back to Thomson? I've sent a cab that i didnt like back and they were very efficient... but with this damaged guitar they're really dragging their heals I've still not received any info on sending it back all I've had is a form to fill in stating what's wrong with the guitar that I had to send back in order for the return to proceed but that was Saturday .

It takes them a up o a week to send the return ticket, but it'll come. The return is free, you just print the labels and stick them on.
The reason it takes a while is because several people have to check it out and approve the return.

Post office? That's weird, here they do it by UPS or DHL. Make sure you read what the instructions said.

Aye, they use Arsehole Force over here... probably the reason it's broken in the first place.

Just glad it's getting taken care of... I hate it when bad things happen to good guitars.

Discontinued, and commanding twice what Thomann were charging so I'm afraid not.
