how come we aren't OUTRAGED at the strat jack on this thing?

i thought we get really mad at strat jacks on not strat guitars

I guess because it's not an existing model that has been crapped-up by the addition of a Strat jack (any number of Jaguar abortions over the last 10 years); the OG Hagstroms had Strat jacks and I think juuuuust about pull it off with all the busy-ness going on on the guitar already:
